Eastern Health's Emergency Department clerical team leader role provides hands-on leadership of the ED clerical staff, reporting to the Nurse Manager.
You will ensure high-quality face-to-face service, accurate data entry and timely reporting within a busy ED.
You will drive continuous improvement of clerical processes, balance rostered shifts with leadership time, and contribute to a team-oriented multidisciplinary team focused on putting patients first.
