Quality Manager - Recent South Wales and Victoria
Castalia Group are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality and compliance across NSW and Victoria, overseeing their Residential Aged Care and Home Care services.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for accreditation outcomes, quality systems, risk management, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with operational leaders to build team capability, strengthen governance, and drive excellence in resident and client care.
What you'll be doing
Lead and coach managers and teams to promote a culture of quality, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Partner with Residential Care and Home Care leaders to maintain accreditation and compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation.
Drive quality improvement initiatives across NSW and Victoria, ensuring systems, policies, procedures, and practices remain effective and compliant.
Conduct audits, reviews, and assessments, translating findings into practical improvements and sustainable outcomes.
Lead risk management activities, ensuring key risks are identified, monitored, and mitigated across services.
Prepare quality reports and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on compliance performance and improvement opportunities.
Manage accreditation submissions, regulatory responses, and relationships with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission and other relevant bodies.
Lead quality and compliance projects that improve resident and client outcomes,



team capability, operational efficiency, and service delivery.
What you'll bring
Demonstrated senior quality, compliance, risk, and continuous improvement leadership experience within the aged care sector across Residential and Home Care services.
Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Act, Aged Care Quality Standards, and relevant Commonwealth and State regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to develop, implement, and sustain quality systems, policies, procedures, and improvement frameworks.
Experience preparing services for accreditation, managing audits, and engaging with regulators and external stakeholders.
Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes across multiple sites.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Quality, Healthcare, Nursing, Management, or a related discipline.
Registered Nurse with current registration, together with the ability to meet role requirements including a valid Police Check and Australian/New Zealand work rights.
A senior leadership role with the opportunity to influence quality and care outcomes across two states and multiple service lines.
