Go Green Aus Pty Ltd is seeking an experiencedA Grade Electrician for Solar, Battery, Heat Pump & HVAC Installationto join our growing team in Truganina, VIC.
This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of renewable energy systems, battery storage solutions, heat pump technology and HVAC systems.
Your expertise will be fundamental to delivering high-quality electrical work that meets industry standards and customer expectations.
This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects at the forefront of sustainable energy solutions, contributing to Go Green Aus Pty Ltd's mission to provide innovative green technology installations across Victoria.
Key responsibilities
Install, test and commission solar photovoltaic systems, including roof-top and ground-mounted arrays
Install, configure and maintain battery energy storage systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance
Carry out electrical work on heat pump systems, including connection, testing and troubleshooting
Perform electrical installation and maintenance tasks on HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) systems
Adhere to all relevant electrical codes, building regulations and safety standards during installations
Conduct thorough testing and diagnostics of electrical systems to ensure proper functionality
Liaise with customers to explain system operation, maintenance requirements and safety features
Maintain accurate records of installations, testing results and maintenance activities
Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers and other tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification




Identify and resolve electrical faults and issues in a timely and professional manner
What we're looking for
Valid A Grade electrical licence recognised in Victoria
Current First Aid certification and Working with Children Check (WWCC), where applicable
Proven experience installing solar PV systems, battery storage solutions, heat pumps or HVAC systems
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards and safety regulations relevant to renewable energy and HVAC installations
Competency in using testing equipment such as multimeters, insulation testers and solar analysers
Experience working at heights and familiarity with fall prevention and scaffolding safety
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
Full valid driving licence and willingness to travel to job sites across the region
Preferably, experience with smart energy systems and energy management platforms
Preferably, knowledge of AC and DC electrical systems in renewable energy applications
