As a Senior Applied Scientist, you will push RL, LLM training, model optimization, NLU/NLG, and multimodal AI forward, owning models and systems powering Ninja's platform.
You will work closely with leadership, ML engineers, and software developers to translate cutting-edge research into reliable, scalable production solutions that customers rely on.
