Outkast is a well-established commercial design and construct company based in Brisbane with a solid focus on commercial and industrial fit outs works.
This is a leadership role responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through to delivery while acting as the link between our design, procurement and construction teams.
We are looking for someone who can lead both people and projects.
Your Responsibilities
Manage projects from concept to completion
Lead client and stakeholder relationships
Coordinate design, procurement and construction teams
Manage site managers and subcontractors
Oversee procurement, budgets and programmes
Drive project reporting and communication
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and on budget
What We're Looking For
5+ years project management experience
Commercial office fit-out experience essential
Design & Construct experience preferred
Strong understanding of procurement and construction methodology
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with commercial asset owners and landlords highly regarded
