Your roleYour role
Reporting to an experienced Facility Manager with a strong clinical background, you'll be joining a leadership team that values stability, collaboration and professional development.
You'll receive a comprehensive handover and ongoing support, while working alongside an on-site Clinical Quality team who provide additional support acrossquality, education and compliance.
Your focus will be on leading and developing the clinical team, strengthening team performance and ensuring consistently high standards of clinical care, governance and compliance are maintained.
About you
CurrentAHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Previous Care Manager experience within Residential Aged Care, or experience acting in a Care Manager capacity
Confident and approachable leadership style with the ability to mentor and develop clinical teams
Strong understanding ofclinical governance, accreditation and aged care standards
