Operations/Project Manager
to take ownership of field activity and performance across Northern NSW — a role with genuine scope, autonomy, and a team that looks to you for direction.

The role:
Based in Newcastle, you''ll coordinate and manage field activity across the Northern NSW region — covering Newcastle, Gosford, Nelson Bay/Foster, Tamworth, Port Macquarie and Coffs Harbour.
You''ll be responsible for:
Leading and managing the field workforce across Construction / Service / Maintenance work
Overseeing efficient, safe and high-quality project delivery from end to end




Partnering closely with Managers to ensure client contracts are delivered to standard
Supporting Sales team in securing new projects and contracts for the region
Championing continuous improvement and quality across your processes
Ensuing team KPI compliance and SLA's are met for client contracts
What you''ll bring
Proven leadership experience — you know how to build a robust team culture and get the best out of people
Strong business acumen, with the confidence to make decisions and drive outcomes
Construction industry experience highly regarded
Solid IT capability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at every level
Current driver''s licence
A self-starter mentality — someone who thrives on autonomy and isn''t afraid of a challenge
