Accenture Australia is seeking a motivated ServiceNow HAM/CMDB Consultant to lead HAM, CMDB, Discovery, and ITAM/ITOM initiatives within a modern ServiceNow workplace. You will partner with IT Operations, Asset Management and Infrastructure teams to improve asset visibility, data quality, governance and compliance.
The role requires hands-on experience with HAM, CMDB, Discovery and ITSM, plus ITIL 4 Foundation and ServiceNow CSA certifications.
