Focus on data testing, cloud migration, and transformation projects
We're seeking a dynamicSenior Consultantto provide specialist testing advice and delivery across data migration and transformation initiatives.
This role is accountable for managing testing activities as part of risk treatment and solution validation, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions on solution or component readiness for progression to the next development stage or production release.
The role is expected to contribute to test estimation and manage multiple advanced testing areas, often in medium complexity projects.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Leadcloud data migration and testing projects, including planning and execution of test strategies
Allocate test activities to the appropriate resources and coordinate delivery against schedule.
Understand testing requirements within own areas of specialism and agreetesting scope with stakeholders.
Accountable for delivering testing activities within budget and agreed timelines.
Createtest plans and documentationaligned to project requirements, mitigating solution risks
Organize test materials, environments, tools, and resources to deliver planned testing activities
Report ontest progress, risks, incidents, and metricsto stakeholders
Manage or support atest teamwhere required
Undertakebid and pre-sales activitiesrelated to testing expertise or management
Contribute tointernal testing standardsand best practices
Remain alert tofollow-on business opportunitiesand communicate potential new projects for Fujitsu
Stay up-to-date with relevant technologies and obtain certifications as agreed within the Data & AI team
Requirements and Experience
Minimum5 years' experience in test managementacross data projects, including migration and transformation initiatives.
Strong experience indata testing, ETL/ELT validation, and data quality assurance.




Hands-on experience withDatabricks,SQL, andPython(Python desirable but not essential).
Experience withPower BIfor reporting and analysis
Positive understanding ofdata modelling and data integration
Strong technical skills todeliver value from underlying technology
Experience managingmedium complexity projectsand engaging with stakeholders
Strong consulting, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to translatebusiness and technical requirements into test scenarios and validation frameworks
