Laing O'Rourke, with joint venture partner Amentum Australia, will play a central role in supporting AustralianNaval Infrastructure (ANI) to develop and deliver the Nuclear-PoweredSubmarineConstructionYard (NPSCY) project at Osborne,
South Australia.
We will provide program and construction management services of nuclear related civil infrastructure, site-wide nuclear licensee development expertise, and nuclear safety leadership.

Key responsibilities
Leadcompletions, defect management and handover readiness across the project or portfolio.
Drivedefect prevention, timely closure and transparent acceptance pathways with clients and asset owners.
Establish and maintainthe Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with AS/NZS ISO **** and client requirements.
Assurethe completeness, accuracy and quality of records, test evidence and handover documentation.
Identifytrends, emerging risks and opportunities to improve quality, completions and handover performance.
About you
***** years' experience in construction or major infrastructure delivery.
Strong background in quality management, with demonstrated experience leading completions, commissioning readiness and handover.
Quality Management certification or equivalent is desirable.
Applicants must be Australian citizens and hold or be able to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance to NV1 level.
