We are currently seeking a customer-focused HR Officer to join our People, Culture and Wellbeing team.
This role supports recruitment, onboarding, and employment administration activities while providing high-quality, customer-focused HR support across the employee lifecycle.
The role
Reporting to the HR Business Partner Coordinator, we are seeking an HR Officer who can bring their skills and experience for:
End-to-end recruitment and onboarding coordination.
HR administration and employment lifecycle support.
Customer-focused advice and support to employees and leaders.
Maintenance of accurate employee records and HR systems.
Continuous improvement of HR processes and service delivery.
About you
To be considered you will be a proactive and organised HR professional with a strong understanding of recruitment and employment practices.
You will also demonstrate:
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines while delivering accurate outcomes.
Strong customer service focus, with well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to work proactively and use initiative.
Ability to provide professional, customer-focused support and build positive working relationships.
Well-developed communication skills, including the ability to prepare correspondence, reports and professional documentation.
Experience using business systems and technology (Chris21 and E-Recruitment) and the ability to quickly learn new platforms and processes.
Degree qualification in Human Resources, Employment Relations, Business, Psychology or a related discipline; or nearing completion of such a qualification.
