We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a major Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) transformation program.
This role will play a critical part in shaping and delivering modern secure access capabilities, supporting the transition from legacy network and VPN solutions to a Zero Trust and cloud-first operating model.
Our client is a large enterprise organisation undertaking a significant cyber security and secure access transformation.
With a strong focus on modernisation, cloud adoption and Zero Trust principles, they are investing in next-generation technologies to enhance security, user experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business analysis activities across a large-scale SASE and secure access program.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather, validate and document requirements.
Analyse current-state business processes, user access models and technology workflows.
Develop future-state process maps and capability requirements.
Create and maintain business requirements, functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
A Successful Candidate Will Possess the Following
Experience delivering cyber security, identity, network transformation or infrastructure projects.
Exposure to SASE (highly desirable).
Exposure to SD WAN (must have).
Strong requirements elicitation,
process mapping and workshop facilitation skills.
Proven ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
