We are seeking a reliable, motivatedConstruction Trade Assistantto join our team in Taree.

What You'll Be Doing
Site Operations:Maintain clean,



safe, and professional job sites, erect company signage, and manage site waste removal.
Trade & Supervisor Support:Assist supervisors with site set-outs, groundworks, manual digging, and essential labour-intensive tasks.
Logistics & Deliveries:Collect building materials from local suppliers, drop off appliances, and set up mobile scaffolding.
Carpentry & Task Tracking:Perform minor carpentry tasks, maintain an accurate daily work diary, and manage assigned job lists efficiently.
What You'll Bring
Strong Work Ethic & Fitness:A positive attitude, physical fitness for active labour-intensive work, and a genuine willingness to learn.
Reliable Communication:Ability to listen carefully to supervisors, follow instructions, and work autonomously when needed.
Safety Mindset:A strong commitment to learning and strictly following workplace health and safety (WHS) rules and regulations.
Essentials:A valid Australian Driver's Licence is essential.
