Casual Gaming & TAB Attendant

The Cross Keys Hotel is seeking an experiencedGaming & TAB Attendantto join our busy and growing team.
We are looking for someone who is confident working independently, has a strong understanding of gaming and TAB operations, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
This is more than just a standard attendant role — for the right candidate, there is the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and progress into within the venue.
What we're looking for:
Minimum12 months' experienceworking in a Gaming and/or TAB environment
Strong knowledge and experience withgaming machines, TAB systems and procedures
CurrentRSA, RSG and TAB Compliance Certificates
Solid cash handling skills and experience managing tills and cash procedures
A basic understanding ofgaming compliance requirements and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations
A strong understanding of Liquor and Gaming Regulations and compliance requirements




Experience with opening and closing procedures
A strong understanding of Liquor and Gaming Regulations and compliance requirements
A customer-first approach and the ability to deliver exceptional service
A strong work ethic, reliability and willingness to support the wider team
