About the role
In this role,
theCommercial Cleaner/Property Maintenance Workerwill use their diverse skillset to deliver high-quality maintenance and handyperson services to our valued clients across the region.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
general cleaning of properties & common areas
gardening/grounds maintenanceincl mowing, pruning, weeding, etc.
basic handyman tasks (minor repairs, painting, fixtures, maintenance checks)
identifying and reporting maintenance issues
ensuring properties are safe, clean & presentable.
What we're looking for
Full Australian working rightsessential(role is Melbourne-based)
Min. 1-2 yearsproperty maintenance experience or similar
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently/manage time effectively
