Working as part of a small team, the Leasing Specialist is responsible for planning and delivering commercial strategies relating to Virgin's property leases.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and negotiate real estate portfolio leasing strategies on behalf of Virgin Australia
Work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to deliver optimal commercial property results
Independently drive and manage commercial real estate leasing outcomes




Negotiate with landlords and ensure understanding of property law and compliance
Essential Requirements
High level of influencing and negotiation skills, with robust stakeholder relationships
Demonstrated commercial acumen and experience in contract/lease administration
Ability to read, interpret and draft lease agreements and understand relevant legislation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Strong financial, analytical and strategic problem-solving skills
Tertiary qualification in Law, Business or Property
Desirable
Understanding of the Australian aviation industry and airport leasing processes
Experience managing a commercial lease portfolio
Prior experience in a paralegal role
