Southern NSW Local Health District in Bega is seeking a Social Worker Level 3 for a temporary full-time role from 9 November **** to 20 June ****.
You will provide holistic social work support across the network and work with clinical teams to improve patient and family outcomes.
The role requires tertiary Social Work qualifications, AASW eligibility, robust leadership and communication skills, and a willingness to travel across the network as needed.
38 hours per week.
