Senior AI Engineer - AWS Bedrock | Agentic AI | Chatbots & Customer Support Auto
CSK nexus is looking for an experiencedAI Engineerto design, build, and scale next‐generation AI solutions on ourAWS Bedrockplatform.
This role is ideal for someone who has already delivered production‐grade chatbots, customer support agents, and agentic AI systems — and wants to push the boundaries of what enterprise automation can do.
What You'll Work On
Architect and buildLLM‐powered applicationsusing AWS Bedrock (Claude, Llama, Titan, etc.)
Developchatbots, conversational interfaces, and customer support agentswith real‐world reliability
Designagentic AI systemscapable of planning, tool use, and multi‐step workflows
Integrate diverseAPIs, data sources, and enterprise systemsinto AI pipelines
Build secure, scalableAI microservicesand automation frameworks
Implementretrieval‐augmented generation (RAG), orchestration,



and evaluation pipelines
Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver AI features end‐to‐end
What You Bring
Deep experience buildingchatbots and conversational AI(LLMs, NLU, dialogue management)
Strong hands‐on expertise withAWS Bedrock, including model selection, orchestration, and deployment
Proven ability to designagentic AIsystems (planning, tool‐use, multi‐agent workflows)
Robust understanding ofAPIs, data ingestion, and integration patterns
Experience buildingcustomer support automation, virtual agents, or workflow bots
Solid engineering fundamentals: Python, serverless architectures, CI/CD, security best practices
Ability to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions
