You'll manage a well-maintained residential portfolio while developing strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Importantly, you won't simply be handed a portfolio and left to manage it alone.
You'll work closely with experienced Property Managers and senior leadership who will mentor you, develop your skills and help prepare you to step into a Senior Property Manager position.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who already has a solid foundation in Property Management but wants the right environment, support and leadership to take their career to the next level.
About You
1–3 years' experience in Residential Property Management
A current Real Estate Registration Certificate
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
Excellent organisation and time management
A proactive and positive attitude
A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
Ambition to develop into a Senior Property Manager
A desire to build a long‐term career with a supportive and growing agency
