We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our team.
If you enjoy working with people, identifying opportunities and being part of a fast-paced branch environment, this could be the role for you.
What you will enjoy doing
Be the face of our business, helping customers find the right products and solutions while contributing to the overall success of the branch
Be part of a hands-on team environment, supporting sales and service activities while actively participating in inventory management, product handling and branch operations
Build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences
Provide advice on welding, industrial and gas products
Process enquiries, sales orders and quotations accurately and efficiently
Identify opportunities to grow sales and maximise customer value
Support branch sales, margin and service targets
Maintain stock accuracy, merchandising standards and branch presentation
Work closely with sales specialists and internal teams to deliver the best outcomes
Contribute to a safe, efficient and high-performing workplace.
What makes you great
Experience in customer service, internal sales, retail sales or a similar customer-facing role
A genuine passion for helping customers
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A proactive approach and willingness to learn
The ability to work effectively in a team environment
Good commercial awareness and a focus on achieving results
Welding trade experience or industry knowledge is highly regarded but not essential
Ability to safely perform the inherent requirements of the role, including regular manual handling activities and working within an industrial retail and warehouse environment
