Set across three thoughtfully designed levels, including a main dining room, wine bar and terrace, Agnes celebrates creativity, craftsmanship and seasonal produce.

The Role
With a
new menu
launch, we're looking for a
Demi Chef
to join our Agnes crew.
At Agnes, fire is at the heart of everything we do.
it inspires a creative and energetic kitchen, where our dishes privlege flavour over form.
In this role, you will be responsiblefor preparing high-quality dishes with a focus on wood-fire led cooking.
Working closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team, this position is suited to someone with a robust work ethic a desire to be part of a focused and high-performing team.
What we're looking:




Proven experience as a Demi Chef in a high-quality and fast-paced kitchen
Experience with mise en place, food preparation, and plating presentation
Is motivated by strong teamwork and has a deep appreciation for quality ingredients
A calm, professional and collaborative approach to kitchen teamwork
Commercial cookery qualification or apprenticeship is highly regarded
Experience with wood-fire cooking highly regarded
