Senior ERP Business Analyst – HR Systems & ERP Uplift
Are you an experienced Senior ERP Business Analyst with robust HR systems experience?
This is an exciting opportunity to support a major ERP uplift program, helping modernise and unify business‐critical ERP capability through a secure, cloud‐based platform.
You will work across HR, finance, procurement and travel management functions, supporting requirements, process improvement, solution design, UAT and transition activities.

Contract Duration: 9-month contract with a possible 6-month extension
Security Clearance Requirement: Current Baseline Clearance required
Essential Tasks
Elicit, analyse and document requirements across HR systems, finance, procurement and travel management functions.




Define future‐state processes and information flows aligned to ERP standard "adopt not adapt" principles.
Define functional requirements, data requirements and business rules to support ERP configuration and integration.
Support solution design workshops, UAT, business readiness, data validation and go‐live transition.
Key Criteria
Strong ERP business analysis experience, ideally including HR systems or HRIS/HCM environments.
Proven capability in requirements definition and management across complex business systems.
Experience in business process improvement, business modelling and stakeholder engagement.
Understanding of reporting, data models, financial structures, budgeting or performance management processes.
