You will provide expert clinical pharmacy leadership, coordinate a multidisciplinary team, and drive service design, operation and evaluation in line with department policies.
The role requires extensive hospital pharmacy experience, leadership skills, and oversight of extended hours services.
Permanent part time, 32 hours per fortnight, based in Hobart with Tasmanian Health Services.
