Based in their Brisbane head office, you'll step into a large, complex manufacturing structure.
With entry level FP&A; roles rare, this is a chance to get FP&A; experience inside a genuinely large-scale, multi-division business, not a generic corporate head office role.

About the Role
You'll join an established FP&A; function supporting budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across the business.
It's a hands-on, high-exposure role for someone early in their finance career who wants to learn from experienced analysts while working on real, operationally complex numbers.
A day in the life:
Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting cycles
Assisting with month-end close and consolidations




Building variance analysis with commentary for business leaders
Maintaining recurring reports and KPI trackers
Helping prepare materials for leadership and management reporting
Partnering with stakeholders across divisions to gather inputs and respond to requests
Running ad hoc analysis (cost trends, headcount planning)
Contributing ideas to improve reporting processes as the business scales
Get involved in AI initiatives across the function
About you:
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
0–2 years' experience in finance, management accounting, or an analytical role
Strong Excel skills (pivots, lookups, basic modeling)
Sharp attention to detail and comfort with recurring deadlines
Positive communicator, confident working with non-finance stakeholders
Genuine interest in building a long term career in a global business
Nice to Have:
SAP or similar ERP exposure
Basic SQL or BI tool experience (Power BI, Tableau)
