About the Role
Looking to step up while staying on the floor?
We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to support our Dispatch team at our SA Distribution Centre at Kilburn.
This is a working team leader role - you'll be part of the dispatch crew, leading by example, supporting daily operations, and reporting directly to the Assistant Warehouse Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the dispatch team to meet daily targets and KPIs.
Oversee pick-pack processes and personally perform picking, packing, and put-away tasks.
Ensure accurate order processing and on-time dispatch.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment.
Support and develop team members to build a skilled workforce.
Communicate with Warehouse managers/Supervisors on operational issues.
Monitor and report workplace safety, incidents, and equipment maintenance.
Utilise warehouse systems to ensure order accuracy and efficiency.




What You Bring
Leadership experience in a warehouse or dispatch environment.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Commitment to safety and team development.
A good understanding of ERP-type processes.
Ability to work within a rapidly changing and diverse environment.
Manual handling experience with the ability to lift up to 15 kgs.
Forklift Licence (desirable).
