Your prospect:
As Head of Department (Curriculum), you will provide leadership in inclusive curriculum practice, staff capability and the use of evidence to support improved student outcomes.
Build the capability of all staff in inclusion, reasonable adjustments, supports and differentiation through a planned program of professional development, coaching and support.
Strong knowledge and experience in differentiating, modifying and aligning curriculum to meet individual student needs.
Demonstrated understanding and application of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles to create inclusive learning environments.
Experience supporting teachers to implement effective inclusive teaching strategies and reasonable adjustments.
Ability to use student data to identify learning needs, monitor progress and improve student outcomes.
