The opportunity
Reporting to the HR Director – ANZ, this role is an on-site role based at our Wetherill Park manufacturing site and is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR generalist/ Advisor who is ready to take the next step into a partnering role.
You will work closely with leaders across the business, providing practical day-to-day people support while continuing to develop your capability across employee relations, industrial relations, leadership coaching and organisational change.
You'll be supported by an experienced HR team while being trusted with meaningful responsibility in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
What you'll be doing
Partner with line leaders to provide practical, day-to-day HR advice and support
Coach leaders on people management, performance and employee relations matters
Support investigations, grievances and employee issues
Assist with change initiatives, engagement actions and retention strategies
Provide advice on awards,
Enterprise Agreements and HR policies as you build confidence and capability
Contribute to succession planning, talent development and people initiatives
Support continuous improvement of HR processes, tools and ways of working
Participate in delivering internal training and capability-building initiatives
What we're looking for
3–5 years' experience in a generalist HR role
Exposure to industrial relations, awards and/or Enterprise Agreements (hands‐on or supported)
An interest in developing your HR partnering skills and commercial mindset
Strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships at all levels
A practical, solutions-focused approach and willingness to learn
Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced manufacturing and operational environment
