Change Manager – Technology Services Uplift

Lime Recruitment is currently working with a Queensland Government organisation to recruit an experienced Change Manager to support a significant, enterprise-wide technology transformation program.
About the role
This is an opportunity to join a major technology uplift program focused on modernising technology capabilities, processes and ways of working across the organisation.
The Change Manager will work across two significant technology projects, with an approximately ***** focus across Test Management & Automated Testing and Environment & Release Management.
The role will support the development and implementation of more mature frameworks, processes and capabilities across these areas, alongside a significant ITSM and ServiceNow uplift and the introduction of a SIAM model.
Key responsibilities
Develop and deliver change management strategies and plans across multiple technology initiatives.
Assess change impacts and develop practical approaches to support stakeholder readiness and adoption.
Support the uplift of testing, environment and release management frameworks and processes.
Support the implementation and adoption of ITSM,
ServiceNow and SIAM capabilities.
Develop stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption activities.
Identify and manage change risks, resistance and readiness.
Work closely with project, technology and business stakeholders to embed new processes and ways of working.
Support transition into business-as-usual operations.
About you
You will be an experienced Change Manager with a strong background delivering change across complex technology transformation or uplift programs.
You will ideally bring:
Demonstrated experience managing change across complex technology programs.
Experience across ITSM, ServiceNow, Testing, Release Management or Environment Management.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and business audiences.
Experience implementing new frameworks, processes, governance or operating models.
Exposure to SIAM, service integration or multi-vendor environments will be highly regarded.
Strong change impact assessment, communications, readiness and adoption experience.
A pragmatic, cooperative and delivery-focused approach.
