The Role
You will take ownership of an end-to-end residential portfolio of approximately 150 properties, primarily located across Armstrong Creek, Mount Duneed, Leopold, Curlewis and St Leonards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the day-to-day operations of your portfolio
Leasing and lease renewals
Conducting routine inspections
Coordinating maintenance and repairs
Managing arrears
Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Ensuring properties are managed in line with Victorian legislation
Providing a high level of service while working autonomously from home
About You
To be successful, you will ideally have:
Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
Strong knowledge of
Victorian residential tenancy legislation
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A current Agents Representative Certificate
A current driver's licence
The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Be based in the Geelong area
