budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, cost control and reporting.
Manage
commercial risk, change, claims, disputes and contract compliance.
Build

About you
Attained or working towards obtaining MRICS.
Minimum 10 years' post graduate experience in commercial within the construction industry.
Construction Management, Building, Engineering degree or equivalent.
Microsoft software especially Excel.
Applicants must be Australian citizens and hold or be able to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance to NV1 level.
