We are currently partnering with a leading healthcare business on the search for a Finance Business Partner.
This is a critical business partnering role sitting across the business. You will be the primary finance point of contact for key stakeholders providing the financial oversight and analysis that underpins commercial decision making across two major business units.
The initial focus will be on lifting the standard of budgeting, forecasting and reporting across these portfolios and building trusted relationships with commercial stakeholders. Over time there is scope to shape how the business tracks KPIs and drives continuous improvement across financial processes, and to expand influence across the broader commercial finance function.
The key duties of the role will include but not be limited to:
Financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting across business units
Reviewing revenue, cost and profitability against budget and KPI targets




Partnering with the team to understand site level profitability and the impact of referral volume and revenue changes
Supporting key account managers on major national and state based group deals through financial reporting and analysis
Tracking cost and benefit outcomes for national marketing spend and digital enablers
Providing business case support, including capital investment analysis and recommendations
The ideal candidate will be:
Qualified in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline
Experienced in Financial Planning and Analysis, Commercial Finance or Finance Business Partnering
Confident with financial modelling, investment appraisal and business case evaluation
Strong across budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
Comfortable operating in a healthcare or large multi site business
A robust communicator with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
