OTR is seeking a Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our stores in New South Wales. You will oversee customer service, team training, rostering, stock management and reporting, while implementing health and safety policies.
The role requires retail leadership, solid communication, attention to detail and a collaborative spirit to drive results and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. You will mentor staff and work as part of a wider network across our brand.
