The Opportunity
We're looking for aSales Assistant/Warehouse Assistantto join our Bathurst branch.
This is a hands-on role primarily focusing onwarehouse operationsbut alsocustomer service,sales supportwhen/where needed
Providing friendly and efficient customer service support via phone, email, and in-person
Accurately picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders
Receiving, unloading, and processing incoming goods and materials
Maintaining a clean, organised, and protected environment
Assisting with inventory management and stock control
Collaborating with the wider team to continuously improve processes and procedures
Ability to work positively/affectively in a small hard working team
What We're Looking For
Experience inwarehouse operations orsales,customer service,
Experience in one of these areas is sufficient to be considered for this position
Strong communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Forklift license (either holding, or willing to obtain)
Willingness to help in multiple roles where needed
