Constructions Group (Aust)is a Brisbane-based commercial builder with 28+ years of experience delivering quality projects acrossMulti-Residential, Commercial, Health, and Industrialsectors.
We're currently delivering and onboarding several projects ranging from$20M–$80M, and we're looking for an experiencedSeniorContracts Administratorto join our team.
The Role
You'll work closely with our Project Teams to manage contracts across the full project lifecycle - supporting procurement, compliance, risk mitigation, and cost control.
Working across projects at a level to monitor Head Contract & Subcontract liabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing and managing contracts, subcontracts, and variations
Supporting resolution of contractual issues or disputes
Assisting with procurement,



tendering & negotiations
Monitoring project budgets and tracking progress claims
Ensuring compliance with legal, contractual & internal policies
Reviewing & preparing contractual compliance
We're looking for someone who's commercially sharp, reliable under pressure, and a great team player.
You'll bring:
Proven experience in contract administration in construction
Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement & industry regulations
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Confident communication and negotiation skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities across different projects
