Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of technology and business transformation projects.
You will work closely with stakeholders, delivery teams and senior leaders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Lead projects from initiation through to successful delivery and closure.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies.
Engage and manage relationships with senior stakeholders and project sponsors.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and external partners.
Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues and dependencies.Provide explicit and regular reporting on project status, milestones and outcomes.
Ensure appropriate governance, documentation and project controls are maintained.
Support change management and stakeholder engagement activities.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end projects in complex organisations.
Previous experience within healthcare and/or government environments.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.
Strong risk, issue, budget and dependency management capability.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive, collaborative and outcome-focused approach.
Relevant project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP or Agile are desirable.
