The consultancy is seeking a Principal Ecologist – Ecological Offsets Leader to take ownership of a busy offset workload and turn it into a structured service line. The role focuses on technical leadership and delivering clean pathways from field assessment through to the final Offset Management Plan.
You will lead offset delivery for EPBC referrals, guide data capture, perform MHQA-related calculations, translate outputs into management plans, and remove bottlenecks in workflows while mentoring
