Looking for a role where you can combine customer engagement, marketing, events, communications and stakeholder management all in one.
One of Australia's leading global consulting and technology organisations is looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to join their Financial Services team and play a key role supporting some of Australia's most recognised banking and insurance clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior sales leaders, account teams and marketing professionals while building valuable customer engagement programs, events, campaigns and executive‐level collateral.
What You Will Be Doing
Partnering with Account Managers and Client Partners to drive customer engagement initiatives
Supporting customer events, executive roundtables, industry forums and networking functions
Creating high‐quality marketing collateral, presentations and customer‐facing materials
Coordinating campaigns, communications and engagement activities across Financial Services accounts
Supporting internal communications, newsletters and social media initiatives
Working with sales, marketing and subject matter experts to develop compelling customer messaging
Managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast‐paced workplace
What We Are Looking For
Experience in customer engagement,
marketing, communications, events or stakeholder engagement
Exposure to the Financial Services sector (Banking or Insurance highly regarded)
Strong presentation and content creation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Someone proactive, energetic and comfortable driving initiatives forward
Strong organisational and project management skills
Ability to engage with senior stakeholders across sales, marketing and leadership teams
