Corona Manufacturing is an Australian, family-owned food manufacturer, known across the industry for our spice blends, marinades, functional blends. We're looking for a business development-driven sales professional to grow our customer base and win new accounts — with a bonus structure that rewards you for doing exactly that.
The Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role is weighted heavily toward business development — hunting new accounts, growing your patch and converting opportunities — with day-to-day order taking and customer support. If you're motivated by targets, commission and building a pipeline rather than just processing orders, this is built for you.
What You'll Do
Proactively hunt and win new business, presenting Corona's products and services
Research target accounts and build a genuine new-business pipeline
Grow and retain business within your allocated customer base
Build strong, lasting relationships through regular outbound customer contact
Report on call activity, market trends,



customer feedback and competitor moves
Handle inbound orders
What You'll Bring
Experience in business development or current-business sales
Food industry or FMCG experience is highly favourable
Confident communication and negotiation skills, with a hunter mentality
A track record of winning and growing accounts, not just servicing them
Experience with CRM and order-processing systems
Sharp attention to detail and strong time management
A proactive, self-starting attitude and willingness to work within a team
