About the Job:
We're seeking a Transport/Civil Engineer to support our growing pipeline of specialised logistics and engineering projects. This diverse role will see you involved in everything from business development and route planning to technical drawings, tender preparation, and in office project support.

Responsibilities:
You will have the following responsibilities.
Conduct business development tasks such as documentation review, pricing, CAD drawings, site visits, and client meetings
Prepare Oversize/Overmass transport route surveys and Traffic Management Plans,
including swept path drawings using AutoCAD
Produce lashing diagrams and detailed transport plans using AutoCAD
Assist in tender submissions including document preparation, review, and stakeholder meetings
Provide traffic related civil engineering review and advice on renewable energy(wind farm) and construction projects
Support or manage projects across planning, execution, and delivery phases
Provide general support across quality, safety, and HR functions as needed
About You:
You will bring the following.
Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering
Proficient in AutoCAD with experience in transport design or logistics applications
Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
Practical knowledge of or interest in Oversize/Overmass transport and logistics
Previous experience in wind farm and/or unsealed road construction
Capable of working autonomously and managing multiple priorities
Willingness to travel for site visits and client engagements as needed
Experience with AutoTurn, SolidWorks, or Adobe InDesign
Knowledge or interest in drones, LiDAR, or digital survey methods (training provided)
Understanding of and experience in project management principles and methodologies
