Senior AI Engineer - AWS Bedrock | Agentic AI | Chatbots & Customer Support Auto
CSK nexus is looking for an experienced
AI Engineer
to design, build, and scale next‐generation AI solutions on our
AWS Bedrock
platform. This role is ideal for someone who has already delivered production‐grade chatbots, customer support agents, and agentic AI systems — and wants to push the boundaries of what enterprise automation can do.
What You'll Work On
Architect and build
LLM‐powered applications
using AWS Bedrock (Claude, Llama, Titan, etc.)
Develop
chatbots, conversational interfaces, and customer support agents
with real‐world reliability
Design
agentic AI systems
capable of planning, tool use, and multi‐step workflows
Integrate diverse
APIs, data sources, and enterprise systems
into AI pipelines
Build secure, scalable
AI microservices
and automation frameworks
Implement
retrieval‐augmented generation (RAG)
, orchestration,



and evaluation pipelines
Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver AI features end‐to‐end
What You Bring
Deep experience building
chatbots and conversational AI
(LLMs, NLU, dialogue management)
Robust hands‐on expertise with
AWS Bedrock
, including model selection, orchestration, and deployment
Proven ability to design
agentic AI
systems (planning, tool‐use, multi‐agent workflows)
Strong understanding of
APIs, data ingestion, and integration patterns
Experience building
customer support automation
, virtual agents, or workflow bots
Solid engineering fundamentals: Python, serverless architectures, CI/CD, security best practices
Ability to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions
