The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) in Liverpool NSW is seeking an APS6 National Contact Centre Auslan Service Officer Team Leader to lead a team delivering Auslan-first support to Deaf and hard-of-hearing participants via video, calls, email and webchat.
You will coach performance, conduct reviews, manage escalations and contribute to service improvements while ensuring compassionate, accessible service. Real-time Auslan communication and robust leadership are essential.
