Carbiz Mascot is seeking a Senior IT Support Officer to join our growing IT team. You will provide hands-on technical support across our technology workplace, helping colleagues stay connected, productive, and supported.
Reporting to the CFO, you will own incidents from start to resolution, manage Microsoft 365 and IAM services, and help improve security and reliability while working with internal teams and external vendors.
