Beaconhills College are seeking a Head of English (9-12) to join us at our PakenhamCampus in ****.
The Head of English (9-12) builds the capacity of staff in the Education Blueprint to design effective teaching, learning, curriculum and instruction.
The role creates the conditions where teachers in the faculty can thrive, through an emphasis on reflective practice, continuous improvement and collaboration.
The successful applicant must thrive on working as part of a dynamic team of dedicated professionals who are committed to fostering excellence in their students.
This is a permanent, full time position
Commencing 21 January ****
This position is at our Pakenham Campus
The Head of English (9-12)position of responsibility has a tenure of 3 years
This role comes with an allowance of $10,910per annum which has been included in the annual salaryand 6 periods of time release per cycle
This position requires a current VIT registration
2 day dedicated new staff induction - rated 4.7out of 5 stars by our **** new teacher intake




All new teachers are assigned a mentor and encouragedto participate in our mentor program
