What We're Looking For
Experience in concrete production, batching, or construction materials operations (highly regarded)
Familiarity with concrete batching plant systems, mix designs, and quality testing procedures
Safety-conscious with a strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and environmental obligations
Demonstrated experience managing and leading a team in a professional and collaborative manner
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills — our concrete customers depend on reliable, responsive service
Solid organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple production priorities under pressure
Highly motivated, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
Sound literacy and numeracy skills
Ability to work weekends as required
What We Offer
A stable, long-term role with a well-established local business
A varied and hands‐on leadership position with real autonomy
A supportive team and the backing of Senior Management
