THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Shift Supervisor to join our Brisbane Airport team.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the effective and efficient day-to-day operation of our airport business.
You will lead and motivate our Sales Crew, drive shift sales and KPI performance, and ensure we consistently deliver a world-class standard of customer service.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive retail professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to further develop their leadership and management capabilities within a global luxury travel retailer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and support a high-performing retail team in a fast-paced airport environment
Drive daily sales, budgets and key retail KPIs
Develop your leadership and management skills within a global luxury retailer
Work with a diverse portfolio of luxury and international brands

You will be an experienced retail professional with a strong customer focus and the confidence to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
To be successful in this role, you will have:




Proven experience and a successful track record within a fast-paced retail environment
Strong knowledge and understanding of retail operations and customer service
Strong numerical and commercial ability, with an understanding of sales KPIs and budgets
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Confidence to coach, motivate and support team members
Willingness to undertake and successfully complete the RSA online course
