Western Health is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join the Western Health Mental Health at Home (WHMH at Home) service at Sunshine Hospital.
You will deliver discipline-specific assessments and interventions aimed at recovery, independence, and meaningful home participation, within a 24/7 community-based model.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, supervise and mentor students and staff, and contribute to ongoing quality improvement and research within WHMH at Home.
