BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Home Care team serving clients in Parkes, Forbes, Peak Hill and surrounding areas.
You will deliver clinical care, perform assessments and care planning, and advocate for patients living at home.
This full time role (38 hours per week) includes travel within the region with reimbursement under the Aged Care Enterprise Agreement.
You will work with a supportive multidisciplinary team to promote independence and safety.
