Royal Melbourne Hospital is seeking a Training Consultant - MOCA to lead education and staff wellbeing initiatives across RMH Mental Health Services in Melbourne.
The role focuses on reducing restrictive interventions through trauma-informed practice and early intervention.
The successful candidate will collaborate with Learning & Development, Allied Health and Nursing leadership to integrate MOCA into a hospital-wide training model, build local trainer capability, and deliver tailored education
