The Opportunity
The firm is looking for an up-and-coming Associate Adviser who is eager to elevate their career by learning alongside well-respected industry veterans.
With a loyal and established book, this is an excellent knowledge accelerator as you gain knowledge across business owners, aging clients, and complex SMSF topics.
To facilitate the firm's growth, you will be a conduit between existing Advisers and the support teams.
This role offers the chance to partner closely with advisers and be a key player in the client's advice journey.
Established progression and development frameworks are well-supported internally.
Precedent exists for cross-functional moves, linear adviser pathways, and individual mentorship.
The Role
Support Senior Advisers with ongoing management of client affairs, including maintenance, strategy preparation, and progress reporting.
Work in conjunction with Client Service Officers to tailor SOAs and ROAs for clients, reviewing final documents for quality.
Attend client meetings alongside Advisers, for the purpose of your development and to build your knowledge across complex strategies.
About you:
Prior experience in an Associate Adviser or similar role.
Related degree, with clear progression toward ASIC-approved qualifications.
Solid technical acumen, high attention to detail and proactive in approach.
Strategic in your thinking coupled with a commercial mindset.
Have a solid understanding of tax, superannuation, retirement income streams, investments and financial products.
Be genuinely passionate and driven to succeed in this industry with impeccable communication and interpersonal skills.
