About the Role
MSS Security is seeking casual Security Officers to join the team at one of Melbourne's most iconic landmarks, Eureka Tower, located in the Southbank precinct.
As one of the tallest buildings in Australia, Eureka Tower is a prominent feature of the city skyline.
This iconic site is a premium corporate and residential building, incorporating luxury apartments, short‐stay accommodation, high‐end amenities, and a world‐renowned Skydeck that attracts both local and international visitors.
We are looking for Security Officers for a customer service–focused corporate security position, with a solid emphasis on professionalism, communication, and delivering a high standard of service to residents, guests, and visitors.
Roles and Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service by professionally greeting residents and visitors while maintaining a secure, welcoming, and professional presence
Conduct foot patrols throughout the building to maintain security and identify any safety or access concerns
Manage loading dock operations by checking all drivers, couriers, and contractors in and out, including vehicle and dock access control and coordination
Provide concierge duties including responding to phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner, and monitoring and reviewing CCTV footage to support site security and incident response
Requirements
Full Australian Working Rights
Valid Victorian Security License
Valid First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)
Valid Driver's license
Ability to work a 24/7 rotational roster
Prior experience in a concierge and/or corporate environment, with a strong focus on customer service
Physically fit and comfortable to complete foot patrols of up to 1.5 hours
Basic computer literacy and ability to use standard systems and software
